How to tell DN-UC-4DMA from DN-UC-4DMB?

In general they are identical in circuit functions. Earlier 4DMA was with thermo-resistant ceramic IC while 4DMB with commercial grade plastic-packed IC, however, currently theyare both devised the same IC element thanks to the introduction of SMT. Now as a user you choose among them to the color of switchboard - 4DMA comes in black tone while4DMB in silver white tone (penal and casing). There the same type of products are as follow: DN-UC-6DMA, DN-UC-5DMA, DN-UC-3DMA, DN-UC-2DMA, DN-UC-6DMB, DN-UC-5DMB, DN-UC-3DMB, DN-UC-2DMB, DNK-UC-6AM, DNK-UC-5AM and DNK-UC-4AM.

What are the basic functions commonly found in e-counters CN6DM, CN6D6M and CN6AM?
  Model CN6DM:
6-digit red LED conducts the following computations with the input from 2-set counting signals:a. single count up, b. dual count up, c. count up and count down, d, auto-judge to count up/down.
Allows choosing decimal point and fine adjust of output reset time within 0.1 - 9.9sec.
Allows to magnify or minify every count signal with multiplier and to display counting rate per minute.

Model CN6D6M: In general the functions are in common with CN6DM but with additional functions of totalizing and batching.
Model CN6AM: In general the functions are in common with CN6DM but with additional function of 2 sets of forecast outputs.

Can I change DN-UC-4DMA into a Counter with totalizer directly?
Sure, by all means. Please put DN-UC-4D Main body and Socket apart (without disconnect wires from connection terminals), then replace the main body with CN6D6M counter main with totalizer by pushing its plugs into the socket holes.
Read the user's instructions before use and then set parameters (output reset time, decimal point, count ratio, count up/downK)
